About Sovereign Intelligence

Sovereign Intelligence is a project dedicated to preserving and sharing ancestral wisdom through modern technology. By combining a locally-hosted AI model fine-tuned on Kemetic history, health protocols, and sovereignty principles, we provide an interactive platform for exploring knowledge that has sustained communities for millennia.

The Mission

Our mission is to make ancestral knowledge accessible, searchable, and conversational. Rather than relying on corporate AI services, this project runs on local hardware, maintaining digital sovereignty from infrastructure to inference.

Technology Stack

  • AI Model: Qwen 2.5 7B, fine-tuned with 202 training examples on the Hotep persona (Q8_0 quantization)
  • Inference: NVIDIA RTX 5080 via Ollama with flash attention
  • RAG Pipeline: ChromaDB vector store with Nomic embeddings for knowledge retrieval
  • Backend: FastAPI with Redis caching, rate limiting, and API key management
  • Frontend: Astro static site with React islands for interactive features
  • Hosting: Cloudflare Pages (static) + Cloudflare Tunnel (API proxy to local GPU)

Knowledge Base

The knowledge base covers six categories drawn from historical, cultural, and practical sources:

  • Health: Alkaline diet protocols, herbal remedies, and natural healing practices
  • History: Kemetic civilization, Ma'at principles, African contributions to science and philosophy
  • Finance: Financial sovereignty through Bitcoin, land ownership, and entrepreneurship
  • Family: Family structure, education philosophy, and community building
  • Spirituality: Meditation, consciousness, and ancestral connection
  • Sovereignty: Self-reliance, community organizing, and digital independence

Architecture

The full pipeline runs end-to-end: static pages are served from Cloudflare Pages (free tier), while interactive features (chat, protocols, guidance) communicate through a Cloudflare Worker that proxies requests through a persistent Cloudflare Tunnel to the local RTX 5080 running the fine-tuned model via Ollama. Total monthly cost: $0 (domain only at ~$11/year).

Knowledge is the frequency of liberation. As we master the tools of the modern age, we do so with the intent to empower and uplift our global community.
