Sovereign Intelligence is a project dedicated to preserving and sharing ancestral wisdom through modern technology. By combining a locally-hosted AI model fine-tuned on Kemetic history, health protocols, and sovereignty principles, we provide an interactive platform for exploring knowledge that has sustained communities for millennia.

The Mission

Our mission is to make ancestral knowledge accessible, searchable, and conversational. Rather than relying on corporate AI services, this project runs on local hardware — maintaining digital sovereignty from infrastructure to inference, ensuring our community's data and wisdom remain protected.

• AI Model: hotep-llm-kush-v6 — Llama 3.1 8B with rsLoRA persona adapter, fine-tuned on 4,500+ curated examples across 14+ training versions (9.6/10 eval score)
• Inference: NVIDIA RTX 5080 via Ollama, self-hosted on local GPU
• RAG Pipeline: ChromaDB vector store with 437+ indexed documents, query expansion, and LLM + cross-encoder dual reranking
• Backend: FastAPI with Redis caching, rate limiting, Stripe billing, and Prometheus metrics
• Frontend: Astro static site with React islands for interactive features
• Hosting: Cloudflare Pages (static) + Cloudflare Tunnel (API proxy to local GPU)
