Every article in the Sovereign Intelligence knowledge base undergoes a structured editorial review process. Our goal is to present Afrocentric history, wellness practices, and sovereignty principles with the highest standard of factual integrity, drawing from verified primary sources and established scholarship.
Sourcing Methodology
Content is grounded in the following source categories:
- Primary historical sources — Original texts, archaeological records, and firsthand accounts from Kemetic, Nubian, and West African civilizations.
- Established scholarship — Peer-reviewed works from scholars including Cheikh Anta Diop, George G.M. James, Chancellor Williams, John Henrik Clarke, and Yosef Ben-Jochannan.

Editorial Review Process
All content passes through a category-specific review before publication:

Editorially Reviewed
Sovereignty, spirituality, family, and engineering content is reviewed by the Hotep Intelligence Editorial Team.
AI Disclosure
Hotep Intelligence uses a locally-hosted, fine-tuned large language model (Kush V2) to assist in content generation. All AI-assisted content is reviewed and verified by our human editorial team before publication. The AI model is trained on curated, culturally-aligned training data and evaluated against strict quality rubrics to ensure accuracy, cultural authenticity, and factual integrity.
We believe in transparency about our use of AI technology. Our model runs on local hardware — no data is sent to third-party cloud services during inference.
Correction Policy
We take factual accuracy seriously. If you identify an error in any article:
- Contact us at contact@askhotep.ai with the article URL and the specific correction needed.
- We will review the claim against our source material within 48 hours.
- Confirmed corrections are published with an "Updated" date stamp on the article.
- Significant corrections include an editorial note explaining what changed and why.
