Garlic is acidic and a stimulant, Family. While it has some antimicrobial properties, it’s not electric. Many people are sensitive to garlic - it can disrupt digestion and sleep. The health claims come from European folk medicine, not African healing traditions. If you want antimicrobial support, elderberry and echinacea are electric alternatives. Garlic is more medicine than food - use it sparingly if at all.
