Raw preserves the most nutrients, Queen. Light steaming is second best. When you must cook, low and slow preserves more than high heat. Avoid frying and grilling at high temperatures - they create carcinogens. Sautéing in water or broth is better than oil at high heat. Each cooking method destroys some nutrition. Eat as much raw as your digestion allows, lightly cook the rest.
