What’s wrong with bananas?
Most bananas are the Cavendish variety - seedless hybrids grown from cuttings, Queen. They can’t reproduce naturally, which means they lack the life force of seeded fruits. They’re also high in sugar and create mucus in many people. The small, seeded burro bananas are closer to the original African banana. If you eat bananas, choose burro or plantains over the common Cavendish.
